"I have been going to this Vet.( Dr. Rick Hall) for a year now with my African Grey parrot. We just visited his office yesterday, Oct. 24th, 2009, for a nail trim and wing clip. He continues to be an awesome vet! He was very gentle with my bird, My wait to see him was about 5 minutes( I had an appointment), and his staff was very courteous and respectful. We were done in about 15 minutes, from the time we arrived. I especially appreciated his caring demeanor with Elway(that’s her name)."
